- VISUAL INSPECTION OF ALL BELTS AND HOSES, EXHAUST SYSTEM, SUSPENSION SESTEM, TIRE CONDITION AND WEAR, SHOCKS, STRUTS, REMOVE WHEELS AND PERFORM FULL BRAKE INSPECTION, EXTERIOR LIGHTS, DRIVELINE INCLUDING AXLES AND DRIVE SHAFTS, FLUID LEVEL AND CONDITION
- Change Motor Oil & Replace oil Filter, Lube Chassis if applicable.
- RESET MAINTENANCE/OIL CHANGE REMINDER LIGHT
- CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR, ADD NEW FLUID AND DRAW ALL OLD BRAKE FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN
- Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Exchange fluid within the power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Exchange coolant from engine, radiator, and heater core. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Service transmission which includes: exchange fluid in transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Exchange all contaminated fluid out and replace with new OE compatible transmission fluid.
- TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – External,Spin-On
- SERVICE TRANSFER CASE PER OEM REQUIREMENTS
- Remove differential fluid & Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation and inspect for any leaks
