- VISUALLY INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS. CHECK SYSTEM PRESSURE READINGS. CHECK TEMPERATURE READINGS. ADD DYE TO SYSTEM IF NECESSARY. HIGH SIDE 170 LOW SIDE 30 AMBIENT TEMP 70 VENT TEMP 50
- REMOVE AND STORE REFRIGERANT, EVACUATE SYSTEM AND ADD PROPER AMOUNT OF LUBRICANT AND REFRIGERANT. RECLAIM REFRIGERANT PRIOR TO SYSTEM SERVICE. DRAW VACUUM, CHECK FOR LEAKS. RECHARGE WITH PROPER AMOUNT OF LUBRICANT AND REFRIGERANT. NO WARRANTY ON A/C EVACUATE AND RECHARGE, NO WARRANTY ON FREON.
- REPLACE BOTH SCHRADER VALVES
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Exchange coolant from engine, radiator, and heater core. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- This process removes heavy carbon deposits from the backs of intake valves and combustion chambers.
