- VISUAL INSPECTION OF ALL BELTS AND HOSES, EXHAUST SYSTEM, SUSPENSION SESTEM, SHOCKS, STRUTS, REMOVE WHEELS AND PERFORM FULL BRAKE INSPECTION, EXTERIOR LIGHTS, DRIVELINE INCLUDING AXLES AND DRIVE SHAFTS, FLUID LEVEL AND CONDITION
- PLACE VEHICLE ON ALIGNMENT RACK, ATTACH EQUIPMENT, MEASURE CASTER, CAMBER AND TOE. COMPARE TO VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS. SET AND ADJUST ALL APPROVED ALIGNMENT ANGLES WITH ALLOWABLE SPECIFICATIONS.
- Change Motor Oil & Replace oil Filter, Lube Chassis if applicable.
- RESET MAINTENANCE/OIL CHANGE REMINDER LIGHT
- Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- (Combination) – OIL SEAL WEAR SLEEVE – Replace BOTH
- PINION SHAFT SEAL – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD Full Floating Axle
- WHEEL SEAL – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD Full Floating Axle,Both – [Includes: Repack and adjust Bearings (where applicable).]
- A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – V8,Gas – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
- INSTALL NEW BRAKE PADS AND HARDWARE INCLUDING NEW ROTORS.
- IDLER ARM – Remove & Replace – 4WD w/Skid Plate – [DOES NOT include alignment.]

- STEERING GEAR REBUILD
- CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS, THROTTLE BODY, AND INTAKE SYSTEM.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V8
- CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR. FILL WITH FRESH FLUID AND FLUSH WITH POWER BRAKE FLUSH MACHINE BY PRESSURIZING BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AND VACUUMING OLD FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid, inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper levels. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
