Services Performed
- Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Service transmission which includes: exchange fluid in transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Exchange all contaminated fluid out and replace with new OE compatible transmission fluid.
- CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR, ADD NEW FLUID AND DRAW ALL OLD BRAKE FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Exchange fluid within the power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- This process removes heavy carbon deposits from the backs of intake valves and combustion chambers.
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models. If
- STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
- PLACE VEHICLE ON ALIGNMENT RACK, ATTACH EQUIPMENT, MEASURE CASTER, CAMBER AND TOE. COMPARE TO VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS. SET AND ADJUST ALL APPROVED ALIGNMENT ANGLES WITH ALLOWABLE SPECIFICATIONS.
- CHECK UNDER HOOD FLUID LEVELS AND CONDITION. CHECK ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS. CHECK BELTS AND HOSES. CHECK TIRES FOR PRESSURE AND WEAR.
