- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & ReplacE – Outer,One Side – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models
- PLACE VEHICLE ON ALIGNMENT RACK, ATTACH EQUIPMENT, MEASURE CASTER, CAMBER AND TOE. COMPARE TO VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS. SET AND ADJUST ALL APPROVED ALIGNMENT ANGLES WITH ALLOWABLE SPECIFICATIONS.
- Change Motor Oil & Replace engine oil filter.
- RESET MAINTENANCE/OIL CHANGE REMINDER LIGHT
- CHECK UNDER HOOD FLUID LEVELS AND CONDITION. CHECK ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS. CHECK BELTS AND HOSES. CHECK TIRES FOR PRESSURE AND WEAR.
- A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT – R&R
- ACCESS CABIN FILTER HOUSING REMOVE OLD AIR FILTER. CLEAN OUT HOUSING OF DEBRIS. INSTALL NEW FILTER. FASTEN HOUSING.
- Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Exchange fluid within the power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- This process removes heavy carbon deposits from the backs of intake valves and combustion chambers.
