- CHECK UNDER HOOD FLUID LEVELS AND CONDITION. CHECK ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS. CHECK BELTS AND HOSES. CHECK TIRES FOR PRESSURE AND WEAR.
- SUSPENSION CHECK- AT 60 MPH THE STEERING WHEEL SHAKES. CUSTOMER IS GETTING NEW TIRES. LIVES ON A DIRT ROAD
- Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( ___ mm) Rear ( ___ mm)
- SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – Both – [Includes: Bleed Brake System (where applicable). DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment (where applicable).]
- Remove differential fluid & Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation and inspect for any leaks
- BRAKE SHOES &/OR PADS – Remove & Replace -Rear,Both Sides – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings
- CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR, ADD NEW FLUID AND DRAW ALL OLD BRAKE FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN
- BALL JOINT – Remove & Replace – Upper Control Arm,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- PLACE VEHICLE ON ALIGNMENT RACK, ATTACH EQUIPMENT, MEASURE CASTER, CAMBER AND TOE. COMPARE TO VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS. SET AND ADJUST ALL APPROVED ALIGNMENT ANGLES WITH ALLOWABLE SPECIFICATIONS.
- Check for proper operations of brake lights. Found and replaced faulty right brake light bulb. Recheck to find brake lights work properly.
- CHECK LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL MAY HAVE WIRE THATS BEEN CUT THROUGH
- MOUNT AND BALANCE FOUR TIRE/WHEEL ASSEMBLIES
